How does the process work?
After you submit your inquiry, we'll book a consultation to go over your vision and establish the project start date.
From there, I'll provide you with a proposal and quote tailored uniquely for you. Upon accepting the proposal, you'll be guided to our design portal where you'll be able to sign the client agreement and submit the deposit to secure your spot in the calendar.
The design portal will also include forms for you to submit all wedding details needed for the designs to ensure we're ready to begin on the scheduled design start date - and then the magic begins!
How long does a typical project take?
The turnaround time for most projects ranges between 4-6 weeks for invitation suites and single designs, or 2-5 months for larger projects such as complete packages including before-the-day and on-the-day stationery design.
Turnaround time can vary depending on design complexity, the amount of deliverables, and your approval speed.
I recommend starting the design process 8–14 months before your wedding to allow sufficient time for revisions, production, and finishing. For rush services, please inquire about my "Express Stationery" service.

When should we send out our save the dates & invitations?
Most couples aim to follow these timelines:
Save the Dates: 6-12 months before your wedding
Invitations: 2-4 months before your wedding
On the Day Stationery & Signage: 1-2 months before your wedding
Thank You Cards: 1-2 months after your wedding

Can we book with you if our wedding is very soon?
Possibly! I always try my best to accommodate, and rush projects will ultimately depend on studio availability.

How much does bespoke stationery design cost?
Since every project is unique, I recommend submitting an inquiry to receive a personalized quote. The bespoke design cost involves several factors, such as project scope, design complexity, illustrations, and service add-ons.
Due to the bespoke nature of our work, our minimum starting investment for custom designs is $600, with complete bespoke wedding invitation suites starting at $1,000. Our clients typically invest between $1,500 - $6,000 on bespoke design.
Please note, these prices do not include the cost of printing. The cost of printing can range between $500 - $10,000+. The wide range reflects the many different printing factors, such as paper type, quantity, printing methods, embellishments, and more.

Can you create custom illustrations (venue, pet, misc)?
Absolutely! With bespoke design, we aim to bring your vision to life in a way that really feels uniquely yours. Custom artwork and illustrations is a great way to do this!
What should I prepare before our project begins?
Before our initial consultation, I recommend gathering any inspiration you have to give me an idea of your vision. This can include mood boards, color palettes, motifs, design style, etc. But if you're undecided at this point, that's okay too!
Before our project start date, make sure you've submitted all of the information requested in the online portal. This will include the wedding details that are relevant to the project designs. Examples include wedding event details, copy to go on stationery, mailing addresses, guest list, etc.
Can we add finer details as we go?
Yes! We can add additional items and details as we go. Additional designs and services will be added to the remaining invoices.
Are revisions included?
Absolutely! Every project includes 2 rounds of revisions, where we can fine-tune the designs until they feel just right.
Additional revisions are available for an added fee.
What is your cancellation policy?
Projects can be cancelled by either party at any point, but as stated in the client agreement form, the initial booking deposit is non-refundable.
Can you help us find the right printer?
Definitely! I'm happy to offer print coordination and management, which is an optional add-on to any project. If you want to manage printing yourself but are just looking for some recommendations, I'm happy to provide you with that as well.
Do you offer printing and/or assembly services?
At this time, I only offer print coordination and management, but will be adding printing & assembly services in the near future.
